The Physio Gym is a specialist physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic based in the Vale of Belvoir, near Grantham, Leicestershire.
Founded by experienced clinicians, Tom and Becky, we are able to offer clinic based rehabilitation or rehabilitation in the home/community.

We have extensive experience of working with self-referrers, case managers and solicitors, provide a comprehensive and goal focused rehabilitation service to restore function and confidence following injury.

We are easy to get to from Nottingham, Leicester, Peterborough areas, situated not far from both the A46 and A1.

Our Clinic

The Physio Gym clinic is based in a quite village between Nottingham and Grantham, providing a calm and private space to support clients with their rehabilitation needs. This setting allows clients to work towards their rehabilitation goals free from distraction, supported by experienced professional guidance and state of the art equipment.

From trauma recovery to long-term condition management, every patient receives a tailored programme that balances the clinical need with a client-centred approach.

We also provide a community based service providing treatment in homes, gymnasiums, or in relevant settings to support achieving your rehabilitation goals.

About Us Meet Becky & Tom

With over 35 years of clinical experience between them, Physiotherapists Becky and Tom feel very passionate about offering a unique service to their clients.

Both Tom and Becky have extensive experience in complex trauma and neurological rehabilitation. Tom’s experienced was gained in the NHS, followed by a career in the British Army before he moved into the private sector, whilst Becky’s initial background in elite sport rehabilitation, treating both Olympic and Paralympic athletes, preceded her working in the MoD, where she has extensive experience as a Senior Physiotherapist in complex trauma and head injury rehabilitation.

We are regulated by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and have enhanced DBS clearance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept Medicolegal referrals?

No. You can contact us directly to arrange an initial consultation. We accept direct referrals from patients, case managers, GP’s, consultants and solicitors.

Do you offer home visits?

Yes. We provide community-based rehabilitation for patients who benefit from treatment at home or in care settings.

Do you accept MedicoLegal?

Yes. The Physio Gym provides medico-legal physiotherapy services, including assessment, treatment and progress reporting.
