Instruction
We welcome instructions for Initial Needs Assessments and ongoing rehabilitation. We take time to understand each client’s medical background and personal goals.
All therapists are HCPC-registered, DBS-checked, fully insured and compliant with GDPR requirements. We provide detailed CVs and treatment quotes, along with documentation of professional standards.

Initial Needs Assessment
Once instructed, we complete a comprehensive assessment to identify rehabilitation needs and recommend appropriate interventions. A detailed report is provided, including clinical measurements, SMART goals, treatment plans, timelines and associated costs. Where relevant, we advise on equipment trials or purchases.

Rehabilitation Delivery
Our programmes are individualised, functionally focused and outcome driven. Rehabilitation may take place in our clinic, in the home, or in community settings as needed. Programmes often include risk assessments, carer education and home-based plans to ensure continuity of care.
We collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, provide timely reports, and attend meetings where required. Our record keeping is detailed and accessible, supporting transparency and responsive communication.
